Ready-to-use office

First of all, choose the unit that fits you. The smallest is for 4 people, the biggest for 18. That unit is accessible for you only. The unit is ready-to-use and will be custom-made. This means that you don't have to invest in interior design or furniture.

Private balcony

Some units have a private balcony, only accessible from your own unit. It includes a stunning view! We will furnish your balcony, preferably with sunbeds ;).

Only 2 units with private balcony are still available.

Over 40 flexible workspaces

There will always be space at one of the flexible workspaces. With luxurious office chair, excellent acoustics and plenty daylight. You can choose wheter you would like to sit in an open space or solitary. There will be ten isolated 1-person (video) call units. Depending on your activity or mood, you can choose to sit with your colleagues or separate.

The flexible workspaces will not be rented to freelancers.

Plenty meeting rooms

Wether you are with two or twenty, at MELT there is a meeting room. There are six meeting rooms that need to be shared with 14 tenants. And even if they would all be occupied, there would still be opportunity to turn to the rest of building TQ, like the QBE at the rooftop garden.

Rooftop garden

MELT is gives acces to the rooftop garden, which is situated right next to it. Ideal for a stroll, lunch, a drink, exercising, partying barbecueing, or a 'jeu de boules'. Bring your own lunch, or let it be delivered by Vascobelo.
