Only pay for what you need

The price model applied by MELT gives you all the freedom to adapt the rent to your wishes. To illustrate this, take these two extremes: if you wish, you can work full-time in a 6 person unit with only three people. But, smarter, is sharing a 6 person unit with 20 collaegues. Thanks to the many shared facilities, there is enough space to work where-ever and however you like. This saves considerably.

How does the price model work?

The rent consists of two components:

1. The private unit(s) you use, in which fit 4 to 18 work stations. These are custom made for you, with your logo nice and visible on it :).

2. In addition, every-one of you has a membership of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week. These memberships are monthly adaptable, for instance, if you'd like to work from home more often.

Together, the price per employee goes from €200 to €500 per month, depending on the space and the amount of memberships. This price includes all services and facilities, without a one-off investment. With only a 6 month contract.

If you wish, you can share your unit with another company. This saves costs. For instance, you use the unit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the other company uses it on Tuesday and Thursday. Both companies can use all other spaces, like flex desks and meetingrooms, 5 days a week.
